Frequently asked questions

No. Products sold through DailyPlanora are digital downloads unless a product page clearly states otherwise. No physical item will be shipped.

After a successful purchase, your digital files will be delivered electronically through the checkout and digital-delivery platform used for that product. Download instructions will be provided after checkout.

Included sizes vary by product. Many DailyPlanora printables include A4 and US Letter versions. Always check the individual product page for the exact sizes and files included.

You can print your files at home or use a local or online professional printing service. For best results, select the paper size that matches the file you downloaded and use your printer's appropriate scaling settings.

You may print purchased files multiple times for your own personal use. The digital files themselves may not be resold, shared, redistributed or uploaded for others to access.

Unless a product page specifically describes a file as editable, the printable PDFs are provided as finished designs and are not intended to be edited.

Because these are digital products, returns and exchanges are generally not available after files have been delivered or accessed. If you experience a problem with your purchase or files, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed. Any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Please contact DailyPlanora with your order details and a short description of the issue. We will help with product-file or printing questions where possible.
